Chop all ingredients as you like and mix everything together with the pasta.
If you want you can make a proper dressing out of the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon Mustard, lemon and basil (balsamic vinaigrette), but I know most people don’t want to do that so I just threw it all in.
Add whatever vegetables and mix-ins you like — for example, chopped Romaine Lettuce, halved Cherry Tomatoes, sliced Red Onion, sliced Lebanese Cucumber, Olives, Bocconcini, cubed Cheddar and your choice of Deli Meat.
Finish to taste with Greek Yoghurt or mayo/sour cream if you want creaminess, a sprinkle of Dried Oregano, Old Bay Seasoning, salt (to taste) Salt, Black Pepper and Chilli Flakes; toss well and serve.
