For the mango salsa, chop Bell Pepper, Mango, deseeded Jalapeno, Avocado, and Red Onion. Combine them in a bowl.
Dress the mango salsa with lime juice, avocado oil, and a pinch of salt.
For the sauce, combine Mayonnaise, Sriracha, a minced Garlic clove, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Assemble the tacos: place the seared fish in the toasted tortillas, top with mango salsa, and drizzle with the creamy sauce.
