Break a Graham Cracker into two matching pieces to form the top and bottom of your sandwich.
Place a piece of Milk Chocolate on one of the graham cracker halves so it’s ready to melt.
Skewer a Marshmallow and hold it over your heat source (campfire, grill, or the oven broiler) until it turns golden brown and soft—rotate for even toasting or char to your preference.
Carefully set the hot marshmallow on top of the chocolate-topped cracker, then press the remaining graham cracker half on top to form a sandwich; hold for a few seconds so the chocolate softens.
Let the s'more cool for a moment so it’s easier to handle, then enjoy warm and gooey. For variation, try slightly more chocolate, a different chocolate type, or a longer roast for extra char.
