Chill your serving glasses in the fridge for 10–15 minutes for an extra-cold drink.
Measure the Jallab syrup and the Water. A good starting ratio is 1 part Jallab syrup to 4–6 parts Water depending on how sweet and concentrated you prefer it.
In a pitcher, combine the Jallab syrup and Water and stir vigorously until fully blended and slightly frothy.
Fill individual glasses with Ice cubes, then pour the diluted jallab over the ice.
Sprinkle a small handful of Sultanas into each glass and finish with a scattering of toasted Pine nuts on top for crunch and visual contrast.
Serve immediately with a long spoon or straw so guests can scoop up the sultanas as they drink.
