Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Coat the seasoned chicken with corn starch.
Pan-fry the chicken until it is golden brown and cooked through, then set aside.
Melt butter in the same pan.
Stir in the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent.
Add in Cajun seasoning, chili flakes, paprika, and Italian seasoning; sauté until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add Parmesan cheese and a squeeze of lemon juice, then mix well.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan and baste it with the sauce.
Serve hot with steamed rice and garnish as desired.
