Warqa Sheets

Warqa Sheet is a very thin layered pastry dough used across Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines for dishes like baklava, börek, kunafa and various savory pies and rolls. It is prized for its crisp, flaky texture when brushed with fat and baked or fried.
