Prep the dill
Rinse the Dill under cold water, shake off the excess, pat it completely dry, then finely chop it.
Mix the base
In a small bowl, stir together the Smetana, the chopped dill, Fine Sea Salt, and freshly ground Pepper (Black) until everything is evenly distributed and the mixture looks smooth and flecked with herbs.
Serve it
Spoon the smetana with dill into a serving bowl and serve right away as a dip, spread, or cool side sauce.
