In a medium bowl, place the Tvorog and break it up with a fork or whisk until it’s mostly smooth with a pleasant, slightly grainy texture.
Add the Granulated Sugar to the tvorog and stir, tasting as you go to reach your preferred sweetness.
Fold in the Sour Cream to loosen the mixture and add creaminess — mix until evenly combined and silky.
If you prefer an extra-smooth consistency, press the mixture briefly through a fine sieve or use a hand mixer for 10–20 seconds.
Spoon the tvorog mixture into serving bowls or glasses and top generously with the Mixed Berries.
Optionally garnish with a few whole berries on top and a light dusting of sugar or a drizzle of honey if you like it sweeter.
Chill for 15–30 minutes if you want it cold, then serve immediately. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
