Chill the Sugarcane Juice in the refrigerator until very cold (or use freshly pressed and cool it briefly over ice).
Wash and roll the Kumquat under your palm to loosen the juice, then slice or halve a few; squeeze the cut kumquats into the chilled sugarcane juice, reserving a slice or two for garnish.
Stir the mixture well and taste—add more kumquat juice if you want extra brightness.
Fill serving glasses with Ice Cubes, pour the sweetened juice over the ice, garnish with the reserved kumquat slices, and serve immediately.
