Choose a tall glass or a small pitcher and pour in the desired amount of Rose Syrup. Start with a little — you can always add more to taste.
Add cold Water to the syrup and stir well until the syrup is fully dissolved and the mixture is evenly pink.
Slowly pour in chilled Evaporated Milk, stirring gently so the drink becomes creamy and develops a smooth, pale rose hue.
Fill the glass with plenty of Ice Cubes to chill and slightly dilute the drink, then give it one final gentle stir.
Taste and adjust sweetness or creaminess if needed by adding a touch more rose syrup or a splash more evaporated milk, then serve immediately.
