Place the Tvorog into a medium mixing bowl.
Use a fork or small whisk to break up and beat the tvorog until smooth and slightly fluffy, about 1–2 minutes.
Stir in Honey a little at a time, tasting as you go, until the sweetness suits you; reserve a small drizzle for presentation if desired.
Spoon into serving bowls or spread on toast and enjoy immediately, or chill for 15–30 minutes if you prefer it firmer.
Optional: top with fresh fruit, nuts, or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra texture and flavor.
