Cold Water

Cold Water is the simplest and most universal beverage, used across cuisines for drinking, cooking and preparing foods like rice, broths and infusions. It can appear as still, hot, cold, carbonated or lightly flavored (for example cucumber‑mint or jasmine‑scented varieties) and is prized for pure hydration. Nutritionally Cold Water contains 0kcal and essentially no macronutrients per 100g, so it provides hydration without energy, sugar or fat. Mineral (spring) waters can contribute small amounts of calcium, magnesium and other electrolytes depending on the source.
