Non-Alcoholic Vermouth

Non-Alcoholic Vermouth is a non-alcoholic, aromatized aperitif used in cocktails or served chilled as a low- or no-alcohol alternative to classic vermouth; it’s flavored with botanicals like wormwood, herbs and spices and is popular in European-style aperitif culture. Nutritionally it is used sparingly but is relatively sweet, containing about 15g of sugar per 100g, and provides virtually no protein or fiber. It contains small amounts of B vitamins and copper but offers little in the way of filling macronutrients or antioxidant polyphenols, so it’s best enjoyed in moderation as a flavoring or occasional drink rather than a source of nutrition.
