Low-Sodium Soy Sauce

Low-Sodium Soy Sauce is a savory, fermented condiment widely used in East Asian cooking as a seasoning and dipping sauce; it adds umami depth to marinades, stir-fries and dressings. It provides about 7g of protein per 100 g, a result of the soy fermentation process, and also contributes small amounts of minerals such as potassium and manganese. Compared with regular soy sauce it’s formulated to contain less sodium while keeping the characteristic salty‑umami flavor, and it delivers a good amino-acid profile and useful micronutrients when used in small amounts.
