Dry Red Curry Spice Blend (Salt-Free) is a dry spice blend used widely in Southeast Asian and Thai cooking to add heat, color and aromatic complexity; typical versions include dried red chilies with coriander, cumin, lemongrass and other warm spices. It is salt-free, so it’s a convenient way to boost flavor without adding sodium.
