Lemon Peel

Lemon Peel is the outer colored skin of citrus fruits used for zesting and flavoring in many cuisines — common with lemons and yuzu — prized for its bright, aromatic oils that lift both sweet and savory dishes. It adds intense citrus aroma without bulk, so it’s typically used in small amounts.
